The inspiration for the project came from the ingredients used in creating the authentic recipes that the catalogue would contain. The use of wheat as a decorative element giving the sense that we are near the crop took place. The dining experience and the material expression were the main aspects in creating this space. Custom design ensured both the joyful and serious sides of the space. The main concept of the restaurant is the woodfire copper pizza oven. The sense of materiality is present in the space giving the customer an opportunity to feel and touch the surfaces where an earthly environment is enhancing the experience.
